The first line of contact for charge issues is your Account Manager. This is the person you will have negotiated rates with, so they are your primary advocate and can help sort out any issues. If you are unable to resolve the issue directly with your Account Manager, you can request for the Account Manager to escalate the issue to a representative of the Finance Team.
