For Transit moves, the following documentation is required: 

  • Certificate of Incorporation / Proof of Directorship (CR12)

  • Logbooks (Should read Company’s or Director’s name) / If truck(s) are leased, please share letter of Authority of Use or Lease Agreement between Lessor and Self (the Transporter)

  • Goods in Transit Insurance (GIT) otherwise known as the Carriers Liability Insurance. Note that Lori has an in-house Insurance scheme for this, and you can take out a policy with us if interested.

  • Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC) / VAT Certificate

  • Port Passes (Truck / Driver)

  • ECTS (Electronic Cargo Tracking Systems) Certificate

  • TGLs (Transit Goods License)

  • Trucklist
